My Creative Space

Some yarn that I'm using for my next project.  Nobody warned me how warm crocheting a blanket can be!!

  1. Overheating is definitely a hazard when crocheting a blanket! They're lovely colours though, so it'll be worth it :)

  2. That's why you have to crochet small squares and then when it is really cold you start to join them up. Keeps you cosy and busy at the same time.

PS. I'm knitting a scarf at the moment, but would love to be able to make a blanket...I can't crochet, however!

  5. Ooohhh that's why I'm always hot. Crocheting warm blankets. And here I thought it was drinking wine during peri-menopause! Those colors look so pretty together. I can't wait to see the blanket.
